VFYW: A Swiss-Cheesed Mountainside

This is a tough one. We have mountains, a lake, that odd smiley-face balloon thing (which looks vaguely familiar), and a reasonably large black bird on the top-left railing. We have green grass and bushes, maybe some lake-front homes on the other side, and I can’t tell if there are gondolas on that mountain?
